The 2010 US Open for USA Table Tennis will be held June 29 – July 3 at the DeVos Place (303 Monroe Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI). The tournament is the largest table tennis competition in North America and features hundreds of top rated players from across the globe including the U.S., Canada, China, Guatemala, Hong Kong, India, Ecuador, the Barbados, Japan, Senegal and the Philippines.
The 10th Annual Midwest Mountain Bike Summit will be held in Grand Rapids September 10-12, 2010. The three-day Summit will bring an estimated 200 mountain bikers, trail builders and advocacy club leaders from across the Midwest to the Grand Rapids Bike Park for classes, clinics and mountain bike riding.
The West Michigan Sports Commission (WMSC) announced today that their 4th Annual Luncheon, which takes place on September 20th in the International Ballroom of the JW Marriott, is SOLD OUT.
Aquinas College will host more than 20 schools in the 2010 Small College Midwest Tennis Tournament September 23-25, 2010. The tournament will include schools in the NAIA division from New York, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan as well as international players competing in the regional championships.
USA Cycling has announced Grand Rapids, Michigan, as the host site for the 2011/2012 USA Cycling Professional Criterium National Championships. Set for July 30 of 2011, the professional men’s national championship race will operate in tandem with the Grand Cycling Classic.
